Azerbaijani caviar imports are set to reach 55,000 kilograms by 2026, up from 45,000 kilograms in 2021. Since 2003, demand has grown by 27% year-on-year, with the country ranking 43rd in 2021, behind Romania at 45,000 kilograms. Japan, South Korea, and the United States were the top three countries in the ranking. Azerbaijani caviar exports are set to reach 1,200 kilograms by 2026, up from 1,000 kilograms in 2021. Since 2001, supply has jumped by nearly 98% year-on-year, making the country 48th in 2021, behind Chile at 1,000 kilograms. China, Kazakhstan and Germany were the top three countries in the ranking.
