Guatemala's ammunition import is set to drop by nearly 20 percent by 2026. Last year, the Central American nation imported 21,000 kilograms of ammunition, putting it in 45th place - behind Cyprus. Slovakia, France and Spain came in 2nd, 3rd and 4th, respectively. But Guatemala's demand for ammunition has been decreasing since 1998; it's down 0.6 percent year-on-year. By 2026, the country is expected to import 6,880 kilograms - a significant decrease.
