Swiss ammunition exports have nearly halved in 2021 when compared to 2020, dropping 56.6% to 47,510 kilograms. In the last 28 years, exports have fallen 53.4%. Imports of ammunition rose 16.7% in 2019 to 40,830 kilograms, putting the country at number 39 in the global rankings. Croatia was ahead at 40,830 kilograms, followed by Slovakia, France and Spain.
