Lebanon's import and export of ammunition is set to decline in the coming years. Imports are projected to fall by 1.4% year on year, dropping from 19,420 Kilograms in 2021 to 18,180 Kilograms by 2026. This marks a decrease from the 11.1% growth seen since 2002. In 2021, Lebanon ranked 46th globally in terms of imports, with Guatemala overtaking with 19,420 Kilograms. Slovakia, France and Spain came in at numbers 2, 3 and 4 respectively. Exports, on the other hand, saw a sharp decline of 99.5% in 2017, with 50 Kilograms being shipped out compared to 10,760 Kilograms in 2016. Since 2002, Lebanese exports have dropped by 62%.
