This marks a decline of 26.4% since 2014. The 2021 export total for Britain was 13,260 Terajoules, down 4.9% from the 2020 figure of 13,940 Terajoules. Since 1995, the UK has seen an overall decrease of 11.1%. Greece was the only country to surpass Britain in the 2021 ranking, taking the number one slot with 13,260 Terajoules. France, Belgium and Norway followed in positions two, three and four respectively.
