Portugal is set to see a huge increase in Naphtha imports in the next year. 40,000 metric tons of Naphtha will be imported in December 2021, a 207.7% rise from the 78,000 metric tons imported in November 2021. Meanwhile, the country's Naphtha exports are steadily growing. Exports are projected to reach almost 30,000 terajoules by 2026, up 2% from the 25,010 terajoules exported in 2021. Since 1995, Portuguese Naphtha supplies have increased by 0.8% annually. Portugal ranked ninth in 2021 for Naphtha exports, behind Poland, France, Belgium and Norway, which placed second, third and fourth respectively.
