Samoan demand for natural rubber is set to drop to $200.46 by 2026. This represents a decrease of 27.9% from 2021's figure of $1,180. This follows an annual average decrease of 17.8% since 2014. In 2021, Samoa ranked 136th in natural rubber imports, followed by Barbados at $1,180. Meanwhile, the United States, Malaysia and Japan respectively came in 2nd, 3rd and 4th place in the same ranking.
