Thailand's natural rubber exports are expected to reach $4.2 billion by 2026, down 1.6% from 2021's figure of $4.6 billion. Since 1994, the supply of Thai rubber has increased by an average of 0.8% a year. Indonesia, Ivory Coast and Malaysia were the second, third and fourth largest exporters respectively. Thailand's natural rubber imports are forecast to drop to $244.6 million by 2026, 32.2% lower than 2021's figure of $1.99 billion. Since 1993, demand for Thai rubber has decreased by 15.8% a year on average. In 2021, Bulgaria was the largest importer, followed by the United States, Malaysia and Japan.
