German Asbestos Export is set to drop by 4.5% year on year on average, according to data released by the German Trade Department. From 2009 to 2021, the country has seen a decrease of 30.6% in supply, with Germany now ranking 16th in 2021, behind Switzerland, who overtook with 6,630 Kilograms. Kazakhstan, Brazil and China come in at numbers 2, 3 and 4, respectively. Since 1996, German demand has fallen by 21.5%, with the country now ranking 34th in 2018, surpassed by France with 23,300 Kilograms. China, Indonesia and Myanmar are the top three countries in this ranking.
