The nation has seen a 15.3% increase in supply since 2015, which placed it 42nd in the global rankings. Norway topped the list at $1.01 million, with the United States, Belgium and Israel in second, third and fourth places respectively. Meanwhile, diamond import numbers in Laos are expected to rise 1.3% to reach $10.5 million in 2026. There has been a 29.4% jump in demand since 2015, putting Laos in 40th place in 2021, with Zimbabwe in the lead at $9.7 million. The United States, Belgium and the United Arab Emirates followed in second, third and fourth positions respectively.
