The United States, Brazil and Argentina followed in second, third, and fourth place respectively. In 2018, Portuguese pesticide import was close to 0.02 Metric Tons, a 68.4% decrease from 2017. Since 1995, this demand has fallen by 26.2%. Portugal ranked 61st in the world in 2018, with Denmark coming in first with 0.02 Metric Tons. Thailand, Germany and Taiwan followed in second, third, and fourth place respectively.
