Egyptians are set to consume 4,000 metric tons of pineapple by 2026, a 4.4% decrease from the 5,000 metric tons consumed in 2021. Since 2017, the demand for pineapple in Egypt has remained unchanged. In 2021, Belarus edged ahead of Egypt, consuming 5,000 metric tons. Brazil, India and the United States ranked second, third and fourth, respectively.
