Brazil, India and the United States ranked second, third and fourth respectively. South African pineapple production is set to reach 108,530 metric tons by 2026, falling by 0.4% year on year average rate. Since 1966, South African supply has risen 4.7% year on year, ranking the country 31st in 2021. Panama came ahead at 111,280 metric tons. The Philippines, Brazil and China respectively ranked second, third and fourth.
