By 2026, Armenian pineapple consumption is projected to reach 1,000 metric tons, staying at the same level as 2021. This is in spite of a lack of change in demand since 2018. The country ranked 113th in pineapple consumption in 2021, with Myanmar coming in just ahead at 1,000 metric tons. Brazil, India and the US followed in second, third and fourth place respectively.
