Nepalese consumption of cassava is expected to remain stable through 2026, reaching 1,000 metric tons. In 2021, it was already at that level, ranking 69th in the world. Mongolia was ahead of it, at 1,000 metric tons. Indonesia, Ghana, and Mozambique followed in second, third, and fourth place respectively. Since 2017, demand for cassava in Nepal has remained steady.
