In 2021, Solomon Islands was outranked by Brunei, which produced 3,480 metric tons. The Democratic Republic of the Congo, Thailand, and Ghana held the second, third, and fourth spots, respectively. In 2018, Solomon Islands' cassava consumption had reached 3,000 metric tons, up from 3,000 metric tons in 2017.
