Ni-Vanuatu cocoa production is expected to grow 1.4% year-on-year, reaching 2,270 metric tons by 2026. This follows a 0.9% average yearly increase since 1966. In 2021, Ni-Vanuatu ranked 30th in global cocoa production, with 2,090 metric tons. This was overtaken by Sao Tome and Principe, who produced the same amount. Ghana, Indonesia and Nigeria ranked 2nd, 3rd and 4th respectively.
