Senegalese cocoa imports plummeted by 21.1% to 1,290 kilograms in 2021, a dramatic drop from 1,630 kilograms the previous year. Since 2005, the country's demand for cocoa has plummeted by 46.4%. Barbados came out on top with 1,290 kilograms, followed by the United States, Malaysia, and Germany in second, third, and fourth place, respectively.
