Kenya exported 2,110 kilograms of insulin in 2018, a 56.2% decrease from the 4,810 kilograms exported in 2017. This marks a 1.2% decrease in supply since 1997. In 2018, Kenya was number 39 in insulin exports, falling behind Austria, India, Italy and Germany.
