Filipina ethylene imports are set to reach 77 million kilograms by 2026, up from 70 million kilograms in 2021. This equates to a 1.3% average year-on-year growth rate since 2001. In 2021, the country ranked 13th in ethylene imports, with Qatar taking the lead at 70 million kilograms. China, Indonesia and Germany followed respectively. Filipina ethylene exports are also set to rise, reaching 73 million kilograms in 2026 from 58 million kilograms in 2021 – a 3.6% average year-on-year growth rate since 2019. The country ranked 19th in 2021, with the Czech Republic surpassing it at 58 million kilograms. South Korea, the United Kingdom and Japan followed respectively.
