Mauritian butter consumption is set to reach 2,400 metric tons by 2026, an increase of 2.7% each year on average from the current 2,000 tons. Since 2017, demand in the country has remained unchanged, putting it in 88th place in the 2021 rankings. Iceland came out on top with 2,000 tons, followed by Germany, France and Russia in second, third and fourth place respectively.
