Uzbek butter consumption is expected to reach 6,200 metric tons by 2026, down 1.8% from 2021's 7,000 metric tons. Since 2017, demand has remained stable, placing Uzbekistan at 68th in the world ranking. Macedonia took the lead with 7,000 metric tons, while Germany, France, and Russia respectively followed in second, third and fourth. Uzbek butter production is projected to reach 5,560 metric tons by 2026, up 0.3% from 5,480 metric tons in 2021. Since 1997, supply has increased by 0.8% annually. In 2021, Uzbekistan ranked 56th in the world, with Slovakia overtaking with 5,480 metric tons. New Zealand, Germany and France came in second, third and fourth respectively.
