Ireland ranked 41st in 2021, with Taiwan just ahead of it at 22,000 metric tons. Germany, France and Russia came in at 2nd, 3rd and 4th respectively. Similarly, Irish butter production is expected to reach 272,590 metric tons by 2026, growing at a 2% year on year CAGR since 1966. Ireland ranked 6th in 2021, with Russia just ahead of it at 242,230 metric tons. New Zealand, Germany and France ranked 2nd, 3rd and 4th respectively.
