UAE butter consumption is set to reach 18,000 metric tons by 2026, up from 18,000 in 2021. This growth rate of 0.3% is on par with the past four years. Colombia had the highest consumption in 2021, followed by Germany, France and Russia. UAE butter production is projected to reach 1,740 metric tons by 2026, an increase of 2.9% year on year. Production has increased 8.8% since 2007. Mongolia was the top producer in 2021, ahead of New Zealand, Germany and France.
