According to a recent report, the country is projected to consume 11 thousand metric tons of wheat in 2026, the same as in 2021. Since 2017, Ni-Vanuatu's wheat demand has not fluctuated. In 2021, it ranked 157th in the world, with the Bahamas surpassing it at 11 thousand metric tons. India, the United States and Pakistan followed in second, third and fourth place, respectively.
