Since 2017, demand has remained steady, with the country ranking 103rd in 2021, just behind the Republic of the Congo. India, the United States and Pakistan were the top three in this ranking. Honduran wheat production is forecast to reach 1,330 metric tons by 2026, up 0.7% from 1,270 metric tons in 2021. Since 1966, supply has grown by an average of 0.9% a year. In 2021, the country was 110th in the rankings, just behind Venezuela. India, Russia and the United States took the top three spots.
