Wheat production in Libya is projected to fall by 0.7% a year on average over the next five years. As of 2021, the country had 138,190 metric tons – down 2.9% from 1966. This put Libya in 72nd place, behind Zambia, which had a total of 132,960 metric tons. India, Russia and the US rounded out the top four.
