East Timorese wheat consumption is set to reach 24,000 metric tons by 2026, growing at a rate of 0.7% each year. Since 2017, demand has been stable. In 2021, the country ranked 148th in terms of wheat consumption, with Iceland ahead of them at 23,000 metric tons. India, the US and Pakistan followed in second, third and fourth place.
