Wheat consumption in French Polynesia is forecast to remain unchanged over the next five years. According to the latest figures, the country consumed 18 thousand metric tons of wheat in 2021 - the same as in 2017. French Polynesia was the 152nd largest wheat consumer in 2021. The Solomon Islands was the top consumer, with 18 thousand metric tons. India, the United States and Pakistan followed, with consumption of 7.2 million, 5.2 million, and 4.2 million metric tons, respectively.
