Palestinian barley production is on the rise. Over the next five years, it is expected to reach 15,730 metric tons by 2026. This marks an increase of 0.2% from 2021's 15,550 metric tons. Since 1999, however, the country has seen a 4.6% decrease year on year. In 2021, it came 81st in the world rankings, overtaken by North Korea's 15,550 metric tons. France, Germany and Canada occupied the top three spots.
