Ecuador's barley production is set to decline by 4.7% a year on average until 2026. The South American country produced 9,260 metric tons of barley in 2021, down 13.6% since 1966. It was ranked 84th in the world, behind Palestine (12,220 metric tons). France, Germany and Canada were the second, third and fourth largest producers of barley.
