New Zealand's barley production is forecast to climb slightly to 379,530 metric tons in 2026, up 0.1% from 377,430 metric tons in 2021. Belgium was the top producer in 2021, with France, Germany and Canada following close behind. New Zealand's production has grown 0.7% each year since 1966.
