In 2021, Poland ranked 15th in global pig production; South Korea came first with 2.6 million heads, followed by the United States Virgin Islands, Brazil and Spain. Polish pork consumption is set to grow by 0.6% year-on-year CAGR and reach 2.3 million metric tons by 2026. Since 2017, Polish demand has increased by 0.4% year-on-year.
