Lithuania's bauxite exports are expected to rise to 34,000 metric tons by 2026, up from 30,000 metric tons in 2021. This is an average annual growth rate of 1.9%. Since 2005, Lithuanian supply has increased by 4.9% year-on-year. In 2021, Lithuania was ranked 28th, with Serbia ahead at 30,000 metric tons. Ireland, the Netherlands and France were ranked second, third and fourth, respectively. Meanwhile, Lithuania's bauxite imports are forecast to reach 47,000 metric tons by 2026, up from 40,000 metric tons in 2021. This represents an average annual growth rate of 2.8%. Since 2005, Lithuanian demand has grown 8% year-on-year. In 2021, Lithuania was placed 29th, with Cyprus ahead at 40,000 metric tons. Spain, Ireland and France were ranked second, third and fourth, respectively.
