Belize's sugar production is set to reach 220,810 metric tons by 2026, according to newly released figures. The figures show that production has grown steadily since 1966, at an average of 5.8% year-on-year. This year, Belize is ranked 58th in terms of production, with 193,960 metric tons. Venezuela is the largest producer, followed by Brazil, Thailand and China.
