Sales of deodorant are forecast to fall 0.7% annually, from $86.2 million in 2020 to $82.5 million by 2026. Although the market increased 0.8% in 2021, the United Kingdom, Germany and France rank as the top three exporters. Austrian exports of deodorant decreased 13.2% in 2021 to 437,140 kilograms, after a 12% drop in 2020. Austria was the 45th largest exporter, overtaken by Croatia. Germany, Italy and Poland were the second, third and fourth largest exporters, respectively. Imports of deodorant into Austria are expected to rise 0.1% annually, from 3.6 million kilograms in 2021 to 3.6 million kilograms in 2026. Since 1999, Austrian demand for deodorant has increased 1.2% each year. Austria was the 35th largest importer in 2021, behind Costa Rica. The United Kingdom, Germany and the United States were the second, third and fourth largest importers, respectively.
