Swedish sheep exports skyrocketed by 2,450% in 2018, rising to a total of $5,990 from just $234.37 the previous year. Since 1997, however, the country has seen a 25.6% decrease in its supply. In 2018, Sweden came in at number 60 in the global rankings, lagging behind countries like Ghana ($5,990), Spain, Australia and Jordan, which placed at numbers 2, 3 and 4 respectively.
