Meanwhile, British fish consumption is expected to reach nearly 216,000 metric tons by 2028, a slight increase from the 215,000 metric tons recorded in 2023. This marks an annual growth rate of 0.1%. Since 2019, fish demand in the UK has experienced a modest annual increase of 0.3%.
