The country is currently ranked 21st, producing 71,289,000 metric tons. Indonesia, India, and Vietnam are ranked 2nd, 3rd, and 4th, respectively. Meanwhile, Bosnian fish consumption is also expected to decline, from 6.66 thousand metric tons in 2021 to 5.96 thousand metric tons by 2026. Since 2017, the country's demand has been falling at an average rate of 3.4% year on year.
