Algeria's shrimp exports have decreased by 38.2% in 2021, compared to 2020. In 2021, the country was number 76 in shrimp exports, with Belarus overtaking it with 21,250 kilograms. Ecuador, Argentina and Indonesia followed as the next three biggest exporters. Since 1997, Algeria's supply of shrimp has decreased by 20.6% year on year.
