Austria's shrimp imports are set to grow 1.4% year-on-year, reaching 3.4 million kilograms by 2026. This follows an average annual growth of 3.7% since 1999. In 2021, it ranked 40th, with Ukraine above it at 3.1 million kilograms. China, Spain and Japan came in second, third and fourth respectively. Austria's shrimp exports, meanwhile, are set to grow 3.2% year-on-year, reaching 660,640 kilograms by 2026. Since 1999, its supply has grown 8% annually. In 2021, it ranked 51st, with Japan slightly ahead at 539,300 kilograms. Ecuador, Argentina and Indonesia came in second, third and fourth respectively.
