In 2021, the country was ranked 74th, with 24,650 tonnes, less than Slovakia’s 24,650 tonnes. Ecuador, Argentina and Indonesia were the top three countries in this ranking. Meanwhile, imports are predicted to hit 945,000 tonnes by 2026, an average annual increase of 3.4% since 1997. Hungary was ranked 61st in 2021, with 763,060 tonnes, less than Finland’s 763,060 tonnes. China, Spain and Japan made up the top three countries in this ranking.
