Ukraine is set to become the 22nd largest cheese producer in the world by 2026. With output expected to increase to 204,020 metric tons, a 0.3% growth from 2021's 199,950 metric tons. Since 1997, Ukraine's cheese production has seen an average yearly growth of 0.8%. In 2021, it was surpassed only by Venezuela, with Germany, France and Italy coming in second, third and fourth, respectively.
