Iranian cheese production is set to reach 351,480 metric tons by 2026. This is a 1.1% year-on-year average growth from 2021, when the country recorded 328,630 metric tons. Since 1966, Iranian supply has increased at a rate of 2.8% year-on-year. In 2021, the country ranked 15th globally – overtaken by Australia, which recorded 328,630 metric tons. Germany, France and Italy ranked 2nd, 3rd and 4th, respectively.
