Since 1993, the yearly growth rate of the country's cheese supply has been 0.7%. In 2021, Thailand was the 87th-largest cheese producer in the world, behind Ethiopia with 4,310 metric tons. Germany, France, and Italy were the top three cheese producers respectively.
