In the global ranking for 2023, Jamaica holds the 72nd position, having been overtaken by Bosnia and Herzegovina, which also produced around 1,420 metric tons. Leading the global rankings are India, Brazil, and Zimbabwe, occupying the second, third, and fourth positions, respectively.
