Since 1966, Vietnam's tobacco supply has been diminishing at an average yearly rate of 2.8%. In the global ranking for 2023, Vietnam stood at the 24th position, with Poland surpassing it with a production of 27,000 metric tons. Leading the list were India, Brazil, and Zimbabwe, occupying the second, third, and fourth positions respectively.
