Sold production of fresh or chilled cuts of turkey in Belgium: Growth in 2017

According to revised figures announced by European Commission, compared to the previous year sold production of fresh or chilled cuts of turkey increased by 22.38%. The indicator rose from 17 470 914 Euro to 21 381 740 Euro, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it climbed by 6%. It's the highest value on record since 1995. Belgium saw a raise of 186.86% in sold production of fresh or chilled cuts of turkey during the last 23 years. Furthermore, it has had an increase at a 0.04% compound average annual growth rate over the last five years with a modest overall rise since the start of observations. It averaged 9 408 526.74 Euro from 1995 to 2017 and it reached its minimum of 2 419 961 Euro in 2000.
