Sold production of margarine and reduced and low fat spreads in Slovakia goes down in 2017

According to adjusted figures announced by European Commission, spreads sold production went down negligibly by 2.18 percent in comparison to the prior year. Spreads sold production barely declined by 301 939 kilogram, contrarily to the previous year when it went up by 4.29 percent. Slovakia saw a diminution of 35.42% in spreads sold production over the past 17 years. Moreover, it has shown a fall at a 0.03 percent compound annual growth rate over the 5 years with a slight overall drop since the start of time series. It averaged 12 176 897.94 kilogram from 2001 to 2017 and it reached its all-time high of 59 004 520 kilogram in 2003 and record low of 7 899 780 kilogram in 2012.
