National defense stockpile stocks of low-carbon ferrochromium, chromium content in United States declines in 2015

U.S. Geological Survey reported that in 2015 the variable dropped by 5.67%. It's new all-time low since 2003 as the indicator declined by 1 400 metric ton, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it fell by 21.84 percent. The overall changes for the prior 13 years reached a decrease of 85.06%. Moreover, it has shown a decline at a 0.1% compound average annual growth rate during the last five years with a marginal overall diminution since the 2003. It averaged 64 161.54 metric ton from 2003 to 2015 and it hit its maximum of 156 000 metric ton in 2003.
